Calling all Independent Filmmakers! Want free music for your film? konsonant/ is pleased to announce its Sounding Together initiative (STi) Indie Fellowship which gives GRATIS (Free) music licenses to up and coming independent filmmakers working on socially conscious films. This is the first part of the konsonant/ STi which seeks to help projects aiming to make a difference. konsonant/ will choose a handful of filmmakers to work with throughout the year, providing them with the music their causes deserve.

konsonant/ will be accepting applications until March 15th. If your project is not ready yet, don't fret; we will announce other opportunities for the fellowship as the year progresses.  You will need to provide links to your website and trailer, and a concise synopsis of your film.

The application form doubles as your fellowship submission as well as an application for a konsonant/ user account. If you qualify for a user account, you will receive login info to the konsonant/ website which will allow you to browse our music catalog, create playlists, and download mp3s and AIFs of our music. Whether you receive the fellowship or not you will be able to keep your user account and we are happy to help you with any of your musical needs for current or future projects.
